Adolfo Sellitto, classe 1988, chef professionista dal 2007 che vanta prestigiose collaborazioni nel mondo della ristorazione italiana.

Riporta nel suo curriculum qualifiche e master di aggiornamento con punteggi di alto livello.

Dal 2018 lavora come chef privato per ville e strutture di alto livello, garantendo la sua massima professionalità e uno staff al servizio della migliore clientela.

Adolfo was our personal chef for a week in Amalfi. Every meal was beyond delicious. His attention to detail was incredible! We also have a daughter with a severe gluten allergy. He was conscientious of that at every meal, avoiding any cross-contamination. The variety in his meal planning was great. He also created meals around the culture of Amalfi, which we enjoyed! We cannot recommend him and his services enough… and we can’t wait to have him again one day!

Me and my family had a great experience with Chef Adolfo. Ahead of our trip to Praiano he was very helpful and responsive and was able to adjust the menu where needed. Day of, he put together the dishes in a beautiful presentation and each one of his dishes were delicious. I would highly recommend!

Adolfo hosted our elopement wedding meal just for two in Ravello. As we are based in the UK everything had to be sorted on WhatsApp and from the start Adolfo made it super easy to do. Nothing was too much of a problem and everything was sorted out before we left the UK. Our day was amazing and Adolfo finished it all in style with a stunning meal. We enjoyed all of the joys of the sea, the best of Italian cuisine and Adolfo’s signature flair. Nothing was too much trouble, the service was perfect and Adolfo made us feel so special. We can’t speak highly enough of Adolfo, the meal and the service. Not only would we recommend, we have already booked him for our anniversary next year!! Bravo and grazie mille Chef Adolfo.
